Our Community

At Roy and Hannam we realize the importance of becoming a successful business depends on how well we are received by the local community. We know that we can contribute to the local community in many aspects and supporting local sporting clubs and schools will be our primary goal.

As well as helping these organizations we will be searching for a local charity to become an integral part of. Watch this space for further details.

Copacabana Primary School

We have recently donated to Copacabana Primary School three full computer systems and two laser printers. These donations were warmly received by the School Principal how has no doubts that they will be put to good use.

As well as this donation we have initiated a school reward system. This system named ‘Effort earns success reward’ is based around the rewarding children for showing the right school spirit in the school and general community. It rewards children for not only good school work and sporting achievements but encourages them to act in the right community spirit out of school hours.

The Effort Earns Success Reward is awarded fortnightly to a child nominated by the teachers or someone from the general community. The recipient is awarded a certificate and a $25 book voucher to spend at the Dymocks bookstore Erina Fair. We hope to hear of some good reports form the school in the near future. We will keep you updated.

Chittaway Bay Public School

In donating a computer system, two laser printers and a fully operational scanner/photocopier we have assisted the school and the teachers in their day to day operations and we hope in some small way that we have made their job a little easier.
