Our Guarantee

Thank you for the trust you have placed in Hannam Real Estate. We guarantee to execute the following:

• To act with honesty and integrity at all times
• To keep you constantly updated on at least a twice weekly basis
• To keep you informed of any advertising undertaken on your behalf
• To have your property displayed in our window within 24 hours of receiving the Contract for Sale
• To have a sign erected on your property within 24 hours of receiving the Contract for Sale
• To negotiate on your behalf only (not the buyers)
• To inform you of all offers on your property
• To give you feedback (both positive and negative) within 12 hours of all inspections

If we fail to keep any of these promises in our agency period and we cannot rectify the problem within 24 hours than you may dismiss us as your agent.
