That's why putting in a little extra effort before renting out your property will allow us as your agent to achieve the best result possible for your investment. Spending some extra time on enhancing your gardens, lawns and exterior paintwork will create a great first impression that will often be carried through with the rest of the inspection. The same can be said for a bad first impression. Some hints to help you through the presentation process include: Nice fresh smells i.e. fresh flowers or brewed coffee.
