Selling Tips
As with all things in life first impressions can have a lasting effect. The first impression a prospective purchaser gains from your property can have a huge bearing on the success of your sale.
Spending some extra time on enhancing your gardens, lawns and exterior paintwork will create a great first impression that will often be carried through with the rest of the inspection. The same can be said for a bad first impression.
Some hints to help you through the presentation process include:
1.Property Presentation
2.Preparation of sales contract (Solicitor/Conveyancer) This is required prior to any inspection or marketing taking place.
3.Building inspection and Pest Report (optional)
4.Any surveys, plans or other documentation that may assist your agent.
5.Make sure that the property complies with Council regulations.
6.Inclusions (what stays and what goes) to be included in your Contract for Sale
